Delivery/Shipping Policy
Digital (eGift Card) Purchases. Most eGift Cards are
delivered by email within an hour; however, you may experience delays if there
are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing/shipping
address or credit card information. Use of the eGift Card constitutes
acceptance of the providing merchant’s Terms and Conditions which can be found
on their websites. Plastic Gift Cards and Movie Ticket Passes are mailed USPS
7-10 business days after receipt of order and payment.
Refund and Return Policies
Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and
returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the
appropriate method.
Digital (eGift Card) Purchases cannot be returned. All sales
are final. If the eGift Card is deemed unacceptable by the merchant or found to
be inactivated and not redeemable, a refund will be issued to the credit card
used for the purchase or replaced by the same or equivalent valued eGift Card.
Plastic Gift Cards and Movie Ticket Passes purchased may be
returned for a full refund if the product is not accepted at the merchant or
found to be inactivated and not redeemable. The card must be returned in new
condition and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be
issued to the credit card used for the purchase or replaced by the same or
equivalent valued plastic gift card or movie pass.
