You can add a Gift Card to your Airbnb account by visiting www.airbnb.com/gift. Once added, the entire Gift Card value will be transferred to and shown in your Airbnb account as your Gift Card balance. Gift Card balance(s) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of services on the Airbnb Platform provided via Issuer and its affiliates. Any purchase made with a Gift Card will be deducted from your Gift Card balance(s), and any unused Gift Card balance(s) will remain in your Airbnb account until used. If a purchase exceeds your existing Gift Card balance(s), the remaining amount due must be paid with another Payment Method. You can view your Gift Card balance(s) by signing in to your Airbnb account.

Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. (not including U.S. territories or possessions) can only be used by individuals residing in the U.S., not including U.S. territories and possessions. You must also have a valid Payment Method issued in the U.S. Gift Cards may only be applied towards charges for booking Accommodations, Experiences or Services; they may not be applied towards other charges in connection with services available on the Airbnb Platform, including but not limited to: changes to existing reservations, Resolution Center payments, Damage Report amounts, or the purchase of other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards have no cash value. Once a Gift Card is added to an Airbnb account, its value cannot be transferred to another person or Airbnb account; a Gift Card balance on an Airbnb account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Airbnb account.
